We usually receive a very large stout envelope containing several ballot papers and a copy of every party’s pamphlets… making sure you get all the correct bits of paper back into the envelope in the correct order can be a challenge!

I wouldn’t worry about either.
You won’t be seeing me anywhere near the place for the next 4-8 years. While this man is clearly evil, the people have spoken and the rest of us who didn’t get to vote can still vote with our feet.
My very simple observation of US politics is that there is a 2 cycle switch at least in recent times. Dem president for 2 terms followed by Rep pres etc. So this time a Rep pres was due to win and it appears he did - with the popular vote too.
This seems to have been an “anti-establishment” vote and that leads me to wonder if Bernie (who seemed to be at least as anti-establishment as Don [but in a sane way]) could have done better.
We’ll never know.
