Getting images from MSSQL

Greetings,

While searching for an old Project import from Microsoft SQL server apparently I have some tables that have images in it so I need to get those .

I found this as reference but apparently Wayne is saying that there was a bug in the datatype, any update on this ? as apparently nobody bothered to reply since 2013, I assume that after 8 years some changes were done , hopefully.

Here is a little gimmick with pictures in a SQLite database for mssql it needs some small changes
is just a small demo to test
