Do exists a way to generate a .doc file on WE? Then I need to download it, but I think I can do this (I do with PDFs now).

Do you need doc or docx format?
What does need to go into word file? e.g. just replace placeholder with name of customer?

I don’t really need .doc(x) files, .rtf may be good too…

RTF may be easier.
You could try RTF methods on StyledText class and see whether they work on Web target.
