I have tried three times to submit a new Feedback case and each time I get a message that communication with the master server has failed.
It also tells me: "lib.database.php(710): Database error: “ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: “”” (0)’
I shall try again another day!
Looking through the PG logs, it looks like it is trying to include an attachment that has no size. Submit the case without the attachment, and send the attachment to me personally, I’ll see what I can figure out.
The new case (#25135) uploaded OK, as you suggested without the attachments. I zipped the attachments and submitted them as a case update, again without problem.
Cases #25122 and 25118 refer to the Feedback issue, the same thing happened six times.
