When Feedback crashes, can you add a ‘more’ button that would provide the location of the ‘error information’ file and what next steps to take? (Assuming that restarting the Feedback system doesn’t resolve the issue.)
File a feature request in Feedback.

I’ve just purchased Windows 8.1 ($143) so I can install it in a VM and then install Feedback for Windows. Once done, I’ll file a feature request.
At the moment, Feedback doesn’t have much more information to give you. The report is more of a crash log, but we’re trying to improve that in future versions.
