Fastspring error message "your order couldn't be accepted"

Others have already mentioned that Fastspring is having some fun with junk fees to get rid of smaller software companies.

My experience with Fastspring in the last months are error messages when doing purchases “your order couldn’t be accepted”. I’ve written to Fastspring multiple times. Every time I got back “the email address was flagged as fraudulent”. This even happened for email addresses with prior purchases. Heck, this even happened to me when I tried to purchase something in a Fastspring store.

Then they drag their feet to whitelist the email address until the would-be customer is long gone.

Have others experience this, too?

I’ve been getting reports from TPLM users that FastSpring has become quite difficult to interact with. We’re looking at adding Stripe webhooks.

I personally haven’t had any issues, but I haven’t needed anything from support lately.
