Error message "Failed Error: abortedUpload" when notarising my app

Does anyone else have problems with notarisation today? I’m on a really slow connection currently. The Goggle wasn’t able to tell me if the error is a network one or a notarisation problem:

I’ve already tried multiple times today.

The last bit error: HTTPClientError.deadlineExceeded to me sounds like your really slow connection is taking too long to upload. But that’s just an uninformed guess from someone outside the process.
