EnableMenuItems event no longer available after update to API2

After I have updated my application to API2 I cannot find the EnableMenuItems event with any of the components. I have extensive menu item enable and disable processes. Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you so much. I definitely agree about help. I did a search on API2 and it shows that the EnableMenuItems is in the list of Compatible controls and events. I am help challenged.

The old ones do. However, this one is wrong:
