I wonder why the black color is different. I didn’t notice in light mode but is more clear when switch to dark mode.
they might use control color instead of controls background color
afaik they are system drawn so you should see this difference in Xcode as well
or one is Cocoa native and one is an old Carbon UI control ?
the seems to be the case with a number of controls that are not dark mode savvy
