Deploying to Cloud Error on New Account

I am new to Xojo and recently purchased Xojo Cloud and a Web license. I am trying to deploy to the cloud and am getting an error message that “An error occurred while communicating with Xojo Servers”

It is a new account so I’m not sure if I need to wait a while or I need to do something.

I think I messed up. I initially started an Account with one email, then I have registered the new purchase under a different email address. My licenses are not consistent.
