Deploy to Cloud not enabled?

I am looking to deploy my app and the Deploy button is faded. I do have a cloud server. Is there something that I am missing?

What does the Domain Name setting refer to? How do I use that?

All API2 apps require a domain name. You can either use your own or type a single word and it’ll generate a sub domain of xojocloud.net for you.
