Decoration of Listbox column headings

After reading some older posts, it doesn’t seem like this is possible. Either changing the font weight or background color would be very useful from the UI view.

OR, is it NOW possible to change this using native code?

In this sample image you can see “light burgundy” with alternating highlights in the listbox. It would be nice to have a darker burgundy colour - or simply bold text in the column headings. This would draw the users eye to the column heading, otherwise it can look a bit lost. Cheers.

[EDIT] In this case the “Test Number” column is highlighted Blue (via the system prefs on selection) but “Previous Test Name” is the light grey that looks lost.
