Ok… I got the plugin, I see it in the library… does ANYONE have a sample project that shows how it works? anything?
An example would be interesting.
I do have a non-FTC example project of using the TextInputCanvas plugin. Not sure how useful it will be for you but you might glean some useful information out of it. Please email me at bobk at bkeeney dot com to get it.
Just a curious question… Why is this information always being treated as “top secret”? Why hasn’t/doesn’t XOJO themselves publish details? It keeps coming up in topics like this, but then it is “SHHHHHHH… don’t tell anyone I told you”

http://www.bkeeney.com/text-input-canvas/ has the original project (cleaned up a bit) I received from Xojo to helped me get the Formatted Text Control working with the Text Input Canvas plugin.
My long term goal, when I get some spare time (ha!) is to document it so other can find it more useful. Until then this will have to do.
