I have random problem when doing copy/paste in coding:
sometimes ctrl+c , ctrl+v just don’t work ,you need to do it twice.
and sometimes it became enter pressed…
os : windows 7 pro , chinese
BTW : Where I can report this bug?

Workaround a.t.m.: Use the mouse (right-click) to copy/paste etc.

On OS X, I also have the same problem when I select code in the editor, and then right click > copy.
It takes 2 attempts before the selected text gets copied.
Annoying, but not show-stopping.

I never noticed that on OS X. And keyboard shortcuts do work on Mac as expected.
The Windows IDE keyboard shortcut problem is much worse : it simply would not work unless you hold the key for half a second 
I have that on my laptop (MacBook Pro), but I suspect the hardware (OS X ? Virus ?). I also have that with the bottom arrow (far more often).
It came on a random basis. I am actually doing many screen shots and I had to set the sound on to know when the (left) Command key does not works (if beep: no screen shots), else I have to redo a screen shot far later.
Also, now, using Xojo, I get all those pesky beeps !
At last, I cannot o that in the middle of the night when I awoke. ;-
