ContainerControls have scrollbars?

I saw an old discussion that if the intent of a container goes beyond its rect, the container will automatically add scrollbars. I can’t get that to happen. Do I have bad info?

If I want to scroll the contents of a container, do I need to add my own scrollbar and do it myself?

I think they have only scrollbars on the web, not on desktop.
