Compiling locks up at "MainMenuBar" (3 of 3)

I installed the latest update to Xojo (2020r1) Windows 10 and loaded a sample app BUT when I compile, it freezes at
“Compiling “MainMenuBar” (3 of 3)” and just sits there.

No dialog or warning or anything.

I would assume its something with the way our IT department has security setup.

What is a way to look into this issue?

PS - I created a blank application and it DID compile (no code).
