compile windows app on a mac

Greetings,

I work on Mac OS desktop. For my students that have a PC I want to compile my apps to Windows. I do not want to buy a PC and work on two platforms. Is there any cheaper way to do this than buy the $300. package and get stuff I don’t need? Can I work on a free emulator on the mac (but then I have to buy Widows). What I really want is just to compile to PC on my Mac XOJO and be done with it.

Just be aware of the lengths you are willing to go to avoid spending $300 on a tool you use and rely on.

Figure out at what point your time put in and other external licenses become worth more than the $200 you think you’re saving.
