The mentioned Feedback contains a long thread of private messages. It’s not just a simple switch or setting to adjust. But Xojo can look at that, and knows what had been tried to figure this out, and what approach might work.
It’s not a situation that occurs on many machines. And it’s fixed in 2020r2+.
