What happens if you manually trash the existing build first?
Do you happen to store your files in the Documents folder? Then check the windows defender, it could be blocking xojo to access the documents folder somehow.

I think I’m tired.
Try to compile two applications at almost the same time. When a web instance is running, Xojo does not allow the second one to start.

you can do that only when the identifier and/or the application names are different.
It is important to know.
