Compilation error #105

Since one or two Xojo releases back I have to delete my .xojo_binary_project folder when compiling every time before to not get a:
Compilation of “app” failed. A file system error orccured (#105)…
What is wrong, did I misss, do I need to change?

Probably a variation of <https://xojo.com/issue/49147> which still isn’t fixed 100%.

Still not fixed in 2018r3, despite having been marked so by Norman.

What version OS are you using?
