If i add a comment to a closed feedback case that requests the case to be reopened, will that comment get reviewed? Or do I have to open a whole new case?

I would open a new one.
No, Norman has explained ,more than once that adding new information to a closed case would cause a status change to: ‘to be reviewed’. IMO you shouldn’t have to create a new case.
Answering the question I asked would have resulted in the case not being closed too
That would have been simpler
Autocomplete with extends methods literally doesn’t try to cast anything or look at inheritance
It matches exactly or it doesn’t
Period
If you answer the question posed in the Information Required request, the status does get changed to “Needs Review,” but you must do that before the request times out (10 days after the request was made). Once they close, you can click on the status link to request that the case be reopened.
I need to reopen case <https://xojo.com/issue/51982> since it has been wrongly closed. If I click on the status, in this case 'Closed (Not Reproducible), the action pull-down menu is empty.
That feature in Feedback has been broken for at least 6 months.

Thanks Stanley. We have verified the case.
Just as a note, we get a notification when comments are added to closed cases.
