A quick heads-up: Apple has updated its TN about code signing in regards to 10.12:
Sams know what to do. 
Most of this is already handled; it’s the things that App Wrapper customers are finding which are not documented, which are the most painful.
Looking into a couple of weird issues at the moment, as well as the other 18 things on my to-do list.
