Cocoa and 32bits

Just to be sure that I’m not missing something: now, with Xojo able to build in 64bits, does it make sense to still build in 32bits a Cocoa application?

As far as I remember all Mac OS X >= 10.7 (needed for Cocoa) are 64bits OS and running in 64bits computers.

If your app works as 64-bit, then you no longer need a 32-bit version. From the 64-bit Guidelines:
