This is one of those issues that ought never to occur.
Xojo Cloud instance has an SSL certificate. Renewed five days prior to expiry. Cert on server shows the revised expiry date (1 year hence).
All computers which access this server think the cert is expired. Flushing cache, erasing history on client PCs does not solve.
Somewhere there is a cache … which needs flushing.
Any thoughts ?

The new certificate is not the one being served to users.
You are correct, Phillip. Thank you for the confirmation.
Is this a Xojo Cloud issue ? On the Xojo server, the cert has a good expiry.
Therefore the old cert is still “there” as far as the public are concerned, and the new cert is not being exposed.
Will contact Support.

It is a Xojo Cloud issue. A bug when replacing certificates or a one-off mishap when replacing it this time. I am sure they will get you sorted out.
Tony,
I just clicked on that link and the expiration date looks fine to me on my machine:
Hi Greg …

To reduce user interruption, we do whats called a graceful restart of Apache. If your app always has users connected, its certainly possible that one or more of the instances hadnt had time to restart yet, but they typically do within 24 hrs.
