2022r2 cannot install the previous Chinese language pack, which works normally on 2022r1.1.
The Chinese language pack is not provided with 20202r2 ?
Regarding installing the one that comes with 2022r1.1, what happens, any error messages.
I am not sure language packs are interchangeable between versions.
