Catalina Stopped working

I see lots of posts on various things but not this specific thing.

My Mac Pro has Mojave and works fine. Same files were on a mac book pro and it recently updated to Catalina now the exe are dead. Loading the same files in Xojo I get the Run icon grayed out and cannot run as debug.

Does Catalina kill Xojo projects and builds?

Catalina killed 32 bit applications. In Xojo, be sure your Mac build is set to 64 bit.
