Can't sign in Feedback section

Hi,
I’m having problems signing in to Feedabck to see a case I created a while ago.
I always get the error message: error #504 server connection lost.

Is there a way to see the cases online ?

Are-you using the latest Feedback version ? or an older ? Older: download the current one, only it can work.
