Cannot connect to the debugger after upgrade to Tahoe

I’ve been seeing this error starting today after I upgraded my 2020 M1 Mac mini to MacOS 26 (Tahoe).
Not only can I not remote debug to that system from my 2017 iMac (my main development system), but I can’t remote debug other MacOS systems that worked before. Remote debug is working to Windows and Linux. Perhaps something on the Mac mini is causing an issue on the network…I need to check that out. But, I use Remote debug all the time and I need to figure this out. Any suggestions?

By the way, I can build the same code and it runs just fine on the system I’m trying to remote debug to.

Thanks! The workaround does work. It’s just strange that I’m seeing the same issue with my MacBook Air which was not upgraded to Tahoe and still running Sequoia.

Just upgraded to Xojo 2025 R3 and this issue still exists. The workaround still works, but does anyone know if there has been any work done to resolve this?

You’d have to watch for an Issue filled to Xojo in the tracker system. Their progress is usually seen there.
