Can you reopen: 67033 - Platform localized constants has Any win, if Any appears first

Feedback Case Number: 67033

I failed to notice in December that more info was needed so it closed. I have now tweaked the test project that the Xojo Engineer made so the bug reproduces. But the case is closed and I neither can post text nor the updated example project.

In short what was needed to reproduce it is the Localizable constant had to be:

In module.
Marked as Localizable
Set to protected.

I will post the updated example project if it gets opened.
