can I delete the visual c++ stuff?

I just bought a new pc and the first thing I do is removing everything I dont need.
I saw there are thes MS visual C++ redistributable stuff and I was wondering if it’s safe to remove them
If you have a pc you can find them with the control panel under the list of software installed
