builded version can't run on some win7

I am sure My self and some body can run the app (builded with xojo2017r1.1)
but some body can’t ( plain win7)

first run, message box says lack of “api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll”
and when then copy the dlls to the root of the app.

second run, message box says “Failed to locate Framework DLL”

It’s a bug? or something else.

Did you copy the libs directory?

sure. otherwise some body can’t run.

Min system requirements are Windows 7 Service Pack 1. Could it be that the machine does not have SP1?

There should be about 40+ dll’s from the VC redist runtimes next to the exe itself UNLESS you ran the MS redistributable installer on this machine
