(bug) could not handle chinese properly

I was going to type Chinese chars in the TextField in design time, but it displayed the characters in incorrect sequence, for example, what I typed was “??key”, the chars displayed in the textfield would be"??eyk", but if the chars were copied from memory, it displayed properly as it were.
