Hi,
I have copied over the NOOBS files onto my SD card, and then connected the SD Card, Keyboard, Mouse and RJ45 Ethernet cable to my brand new Pi2.
Connected it to my TV via HDMi, plugged it into the mains and…NOTHING!!! Black screen 
Both the green LED and the red LEDs are both permanently lit - but absolutely nothing on the TV screen?
Can anyone help?

Exactly how did you write NOOBS to your SD card?
I followed the instructions at https://www.raspberrypi.org/help/noobs-setup/.
I had some issues early on. My MicroSD card must have been messed up because when I got a new one and did the same procedure it worked right off the bat.

It didn’t seem to like my 64GB Micro SD card, so I swapped it out for my 16GB and it worked fine.
It also took a dislike to the HDMI port on my tv, resulting in the whole screen flashing like a Sinclair ZX spectrum 48k.
It brought back lots of fond memories, but not exactly what I wanted to see at that particular moment - so I changed HDMI ports on the tv, and it then worked absolutely perfectly.
Now I’m a happy bunny 
All I need to do now is purchase Xojo for Pi Desktop, and then I can make my kiosk style GUI
