Best way of reopening a Feedback case?

What is the best way of reopening a FB case that has been closed as “Not Reproducible” by Xojo? Case 40580 has been updated with a link to the forums where another user has been able to reproduce the slowness of Xojo.Net.HTTPSocket using Robin’s example project. Even though Xojo devs are not able to reproduce the problem, the problem is affecting us “out here in the wild”.

Should I log a new case to get more attention into this?

File a new one.
