Auto Renew: set On, but became Off (many times)

My Xojo license was set to On for Auto Renew several months ago.
Several days ago, I found it came Off.
I set it On.
Today, I find it became Off again.
I try to set it On.
When I leave the web page and open the web page again, I see Auto Renew is Off.

I repeat the operation for 3 times, and the result is same.
I think that, the web site has some bug.
