Apple Preview like App

I’m looking a macOS application like preview.
I need to :

  • open and view multi pages PDF file,
  • select, copy / past text from the pdf content
  • resize the pdf content and add a margin where I want to create a note
  • save / print the pdf with the note

The Apple Preview did that but for now Preview is not able to print note. It’s an old bug…

I want to create my own simply Preview App with Xojo

Do you know what plugin can help me in this way ?

You can use the MBS Xojo DynaPDF Plugin to add annotations to pages in a PDF document.
And you can use PlaceTemplate function to place an existing page on another page with scale down and draw notes around.
