[ANN] WFS v2.7

All,

With some recent work by Kem & Brandon, WFS (Windows Functionality Suite) has been upgraded to version 2.7. It is Xojo compliant. And more work is being done on it. If anyone would like to work on it, please fork it, make changes, and submit a merge request.
