Cannot debug Android apps on Windows. An unspecified fatal error occurs before the main screen is even loaded. Is this not yet implemented or what?
Debugging is there, but it is at the same level than the other platforms, also, Android is in Beta, and it is a real mess. It will have weird bugs for a few years before it is stable.
If you really want to use it, try uninstalling everithing, delete folders left by the programs, restart and reinstall everything.
