Advantages to limit Windows Supported Versions?

I am building a Web App to run on my Windows 10 server. It will never run on another version of Windows.

Are there any advantages in turning off Windows 7/8/8.1 in the supported versions? Will it make the WebApp smaller or faster?

If I remember correctly, the flags just control what is written into the manifest for your app.
It doesn’t change anything else as far as I know.

Thank you. As there is no advantage, I think I’ll leave it as is.
