I’m looking for an example to simulate exactly the menu (with a plus sign) like that of Mail (left-bottom corner).
I looked at the examples on macosx lib but I have not found anything.
can someone help me, please?

You mean a Popup Menu?

Easiest way… use a Contextual Menu on a button or canvas control
