Looking at the case and trying to find a workaround, it looks like the behavior is different if the WebDatePicker is on a WebPage and on a WebDialog.

I guessed that on the original report, the calendar can’t fit below the control to be inside the dialog and the ‘smart’ feature put the calendar above and that is why it is off-screen. But giving it more space below the calendar has space between the calendar and the picker control, but also the ‘notch/pointer’ is on the wrong side.
