2016.1: new Web App Crashs

I compiled my existing web app source code with Xojo 2016.1.

Now my app crash a few seconds after the start on the production server [Windows Server 2008] with the error:

Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

Exception Code: c0000374
Exception Offset: PCH_29_FROM_ntdll+0x0000000000090C6A

With Xojo 2015.x I don’t have this problems.

update: I read the WindowsUniveralRuntime.pdf and added the .dlls , but I have the same problem.

I also have issues with the latest release (2016R1) and have raised the following:
43314 - XoJo216R1 XoJoWeb crash/stall on loading.

It would be helpful if you could create a crash dump and create a feedback case with it attached.
