I’ve used text like “v1.0 © 2015 MyCompany” in LongVersion for a while, so the change in property display to Copyright didn’t really strike me. LongVersion isn’t even shown in current versions of Windows in properties as far as I know.
But I think splitting out copyright, short, and long version makes sense and is clearer.
