This happens to me too. Win7-64 2015R4.1 Ctrl-S has become an automatism. And please, please, this is introduced post version 2015R3.1 and must be repaired again. Unfortunately I could not reproduce it so far.
I’ve also been working in Windows for the last few days and I’m also witnessing the crashes in the IDE when debugging. It appears to be related to the speed with which you step or if you set of clear another breakpoint while paused at one breakpoint.
I’ll try and pull some logs.
Is there an existing FB Report? The one that Richard mentions above is apparently private.
I got a note in the Feedback report if I was using System.DebugLog. I was. I’ve commented it out, but I have not yet had a chance to see if that fixes the IDE crash issue. Will report back when I know more.
Sorry, I had missed that. It was a crash report but contained some references to a beta so I didn’t mark it public.
That isnt good for me. I use the hell out of System.Debuglog especially in “Running” code.
Without System.debuglog, it is simply not possible to debug in 64 bit. I do hope they get to the bottom of that bug.
