I’m just getting into BKSShorts. However I have problems with it. What would I like to do?

Let’s say I have two DB tables: Addresses and PhoneNumbers. The PhoneNumbers table has a column AdressID which refers to the Address record (an address can have several phone numbers assigned to it). Now how can I create a group in BKShorts which displays all phone numbers of the address group above it?

Yes. You can do that. I’m not behind the computer but is relatively easy to do.
