Error for Big Sur: "Linking Executable ld: file not found"

Does anyone else get an error in Big Sur (I always type bug and not big) when running an empty project:

Linking Executable
ld: file not found: /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/UIFoundation.framework/Versions/A/UIFoundation for architecture x86_64

Right now I can’t do anything. And Xojo lost my license again.

No declare?

UIFoundation is a private framework!?

Project is empty.

Didn’t installed Xojo yet on my test system - will do later today.
But all Xojo compiled apps I tried are working fine - so that’s good news for sure (and a big relief).

I’m having the same issue. Empty project, no plugins. Happens both with 2019r3.1 and 2020r1.

@Grzegorz Pawlikz : I made a Feedback issue at <https://xojo.com/issue/60739>.

Sugar!

Built apps work fine except for listbox headers. Those are back to black.

You all know that we get the new OS betas at the same time that you do right? We’ve started evaluating Big Sur internally and are aware that there are going to be issues. Your patience is appreciated.

Just upgraded to Big Sur (Released yesterday), same issue…

Linking Executable
ld: file not found: /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/UIFoundation.framework/Versions/A/UIFoundation for architecture x86_64

Any solutions/workaround, Xojo Version 2019 Release 1?

Lennox

You need Xojo 2019 r3.2 or newer for Big Sur.
