Compiling locks up on Step 4 of 4

Trying to compile on Windows 10/64 (1709) locks up on step 4 of compiling any app, even examples.

Dialog freezes at 4 of 4 on any example or app. Tried reinstalling Xojo as well with latest version 2019 Release 3.1

I think I read this before and it was related to the antivirus.
Are you using some antivirus program that you can disable just to test?

Good point. Its a corp machine so it must be something with the GPO that was added. (Sigh).
I’ll have to log a ticket with the “help desk”.
