How do i give my desktop program an icon?

Hi so i have just finished my first program in xojo but i want to add a desktop icon (the icon that you see in the taskbar and in the top right corner on windows 10) but i do not know how can someone please help me?\

UPDATE:
So i have found out how but when i try to import my icon it keeps crashing… Can someone please help?

What type of file are you using? I think the preferred type is PNG
