after getting the apple-generated app-specific-password, can I use it for all my apps that need to be notarized?
Or must I get a different one for each app?

Hey Carlo, it’s app-specific as in the app that uploads files to Apple, not for each app that you upload. Another way to look at it, if you use App Wrapper, you only need one app-specific password, no matter how many apps you send through App Wrapper to Apple.
