Complimentary Shuttle From Airport to Hotel

The Sheraton Music City Hotel offers guests complimentary airport transportation. Here is how it works:

When you land give them a call at 615-885-2200 and let them know you are ready to be picked up. They will meet you in a blue colored Sheraton Music City shuttle bus at ground transportation, which is 1 level below baggage claim at waiting area #2.

To return from the hotel to the airport: Shuttles start running at 4AM and depart every 20 minutes until 11PM.

Do they operate after 11PM for pickup at the airport?

Good question. I just called and they said the last pickup of the day is around 11:40.

and the first in the morning?

The shuttle starts for the day at 4AM, so just call whenever you arrive.
